Omar Haddad, Owner & Lead Technician

Omar runs the Atlanta operation and still leads jobs himself, which means the person quoting your work is the same person running the Rotobrush through your supply runs. He’s been in the HVAC cleaning trade long enough to have seen just about everything a return duct can hold, including a full set of children’s action figures staged in what he can only describe as a scene. Omar is the one who set the standard for written pricing before any work starts. No per-vent games, no van-side upcharges. Just a number on paper you approve before a single register is touched. Off the clock, he’s usually arguing with a smoker about brisket temperatures.

Marcus T., Senior Installer & HVAC Specialist

Marcus handles the heavier HVAC cleaning work: coil cleaning, blower motor access, and full-system decontamination where containment actually matters. He’s certified in air balancing and has spent over a decade pulling apart residential systems in Atlanta, from 1920s bungalows in Grant Park to three-story new builds in Brookhaven.
